Your training and development within FremantleMedia is very important to us, therefore we have a number of relevant programs designed to help you grow professionally during your time with the company.
Performance Development Review
We employ an annual Performance Development Review process which runs every January, during which each employee discusses with their manager their performance to date, sets objectives for the new year and defines their training/development needs.
Our HR department uses the training needs identified via the PDR process as the basis for our annual people development and training plan.
Depending upon the need identified, we employ a range of different development options including in house courses, training from external experts, Bertelsmann training courses,eLearning and on the job/external coaching.
As part of our commitment to developing our people, we also run a number of mentoring programmes across the company. Our Global Mentoring Programme aims to motivate and retain talent by promoting collaboration and building relationships across geographical and business boundaries.
We also have local mentoring schemes in some territories .Everyone involved in our mentoring schemes receives initial training and on-going support including the opportunity to share their experiences with other participants via regular networking events.
The FremantleMedia Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity for a select number of talented graduates to start their career within entertainment media. Our 12 month rotational training programme is quite unique within the industry and provides exposure to different business areas/geographies across FremantleMedia.
