Global Mentoring Programme - originally started in 2004, the Global Mentoring Programme was officially launched in May 2009 with training and networking events in the UK and Germany. Mentors and ‘mentees’ had the chance to meet, share experiences and attend mentoring workshops. Initially, 50 people have been matched. The Programme aims to motivate and retain talent by connecting people and promoting support and collaboration.
