This popular gameshow involves contestants answering questions whilst being distracted in various strange, humiliating and sometimes painful ways! The format was first shown in the US in 2004.
The show has now successfully aired in 8 countries, including the US, UK, Italy, Spain, Greece and the Netherlands.
In 2006, Distraction became the number one entertainment show for Italian broadcaster Italia Uno. In Spain it is also the number one show in its time period and it continues to be a top rated programme wherever it airs.
